Tom Torre

Tom Torre is the Chief Executive Officer of Xformative. Tom brings with him more than 30 years of senior management experience in technology organizations from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Tom’s career has centered around fintech, with a focus on payments, and more recently he has been engaged in the health tech industry. Tom has applied his expertise in these areas to consumer and corporate healthcare payments, bringing innovative solutions to market. Tom was cofounder and Chief Executive Officer of Bend Financial, a provider of health savings account (HSA) solutions. Prior to starting Bend, Tom worked for a venture firm, 406 Ventures. His experience also includes having led the spinoff of FIS Global’s Healthcare Payments Business to create a stand-alone company, Alegeus Technologies, where he founded and then served as Alegeus Technologies’ Chief Executive Officer. Significantly, Alegeus is currently approved by the IRS as a HSA non-bank custodian. Other notable career highlights include executive positions with FIS Global, Metavante Corporation, MBI Benefits, WEX, Corpay, and several other organizations.
