Jeff Zisser

Jeff Zisser serves as Head of Technology at Xformative Payment Systems, where he leads technology strategy, architecture, security, and compliance. With deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and payment processing, Jeff is responsible for ensuring that Xformative’s platform is scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards such as PCI DSS, SOC 2, and regulatory bank requirements. Prior to joining Xformative, Jeff held senior leadership roles guiding technology teams through periods of rapid growth and transformation. He has a strong track record of building resilient cloud-native distributed architectures on AWS, delivering innovative solutions that support high volume processing, complex decision systems, and financial reporting. At Xformative, Jeff focuses on driving operational readiness, advancing product capabilities, and aligning technology initiatives with the needs of customers and financial partners. His leadership helps position the company to operate at scale, serve complex benefit and debit programs, and deliver trusted solutions to the market. He serves on nonprofit boards, has helped launch new nonprofits, and enjoys supporting initiatives that blend education, technology, and strategic planning. Outside of work, Jeff is often found watching his children’s sports teams, exploring the outdoors with his family, or pursuing creative projects that combine design and technology.
